MINI Analog – New standards in the 6 mm class

Complete range of products

The tasks faced in MCR technology are very varied – MINI Analog too:

  • Configurable signal isolators
  • Permanently-set signal isolators
  • Repeater power supplies
  • Signal duplicator
  • 1-channel passive loop-powered isolators
  • 2-channel passive loop-powered isolators
  • PT100 measuring transducers (2, 3, and 4-wire connection system)
  • Thermocouple measuring transducers (type J and type K)
  • Limit value switch

3-way isolation

You aren't making compromises with MINI Analog. Reliable and precise signal processing is always 3-way isolation of signal input, output and supply voltage.

Transmission error < 0.2%

Precision is the hallmark of MINI Analog. Decades of experience in switching technology supply top quality results. Transmission errors so small they can hardly be measured ensure accurate signal processing in your MCR circuits.

Universally configurable versions

And if you ever want to expand your system fast and without complications, our multi-talents are just the thing. The configurable devices from MINI Analog adapt to many of your applications. Just select the corresponding input and output signals with the DIP switch and you are ready – without any alignment.

8 connecting terminal blocks

Have you ever thought about all the things you could do with eight connections? Connecting Pt 100 4-conductor sensors, for example, since this used not to be possible in the analog 6 mm class. 4 connections are available for the sensor, 2 for the analog output signal and 2 for the supply voltage. And as an added bonus, 2 passive loop-powered isolators also find sufficient space in the 6.2 mm slim housing.

Screw or spring-cage connection system

Connection systems using screw and spring-cage have proven themselves on the market. MINI Analog offers both and you have the choice.

Power supply bridge for simple handling

With the novel supply concept of MINI Analog, each device can also operate "stand-alone". If several devices are used, the current supply bridge is the ideal solution. It loops through the supply voltage on the DIN rail and contacting is automatic when the signal conditioners are snapped onto the DIN rail. This saves on wiring and the modules can be replaced during operation without difficulty and without having to interrupt the power supply of the other devices.
