Phoenix Contact Canada has recently expanded their value added capacity by doubling their assembly space and increasing staff to handle the increased demand for pre-assembled rail assemlies and other value added services.
Using Phoenix Contact's CLIP PROJECT advanced planning software, you are able to design rail assemblies and submit the data files, or send us a hard copy drawing or sketch, and they will be converted to electronic data files. A unique part number will be assigned to replace the tediousness of ordering and inventorying multiple components.

Rail Assemblies
Submit drawing for quotation in any of the following file formats:
- CLIP PROJECT Advanced
- Conventional CAE Programs ie. AutoCAD and Eplan
- Your existing Electronic schematics in hard copy form (our services include redesign using Phoenix Contact product)
- Sketch on a napkin
Our sales or value added personnel are available to assist you with product selection and design. We also accept hard copy drawings or sketches, and will convert them to electronic data files.
Inquiries can be sent to: Your local Phoenix Contact Representative, Value Added representatives at valueadded@phoenixcontact.ca or your local Authorised Phoenix Contact Distributor.
Our Value Added representatives will work with you to finalise the drawings in the file format of your choice. Once the drawings are approved for pricing, part numbers and lead times are established for each rail assembly.
Now you are ready to order!

Simply order the assigned part number, we build and your rail assemblies will arrive ready for installation.
Marking Services
No problem!
1. Prepare the labelling data using CLIP PROJECT advanced marking or use our standard marking forms.
2. Quotation requests can be made through CLIP PROJECT advanced marking or through your local Phoenix Contact distributor or sales representative.
To set up CLIP PROJECT to request quotations, use the following steps:
- Enter marking information on required material
- Click on “File”
- Select “Order Material”
- Select either “Ask About Price”, or “Order”
- Complete customer data and supplier address
- Enter supplier’s e-mail address under “Phoenix Contact e-mail”
3. Materials will be printed to your specification and shipped within the quoted lead time.
- Terminal Marking Forms 4 to 8 mm width (ZIP 0,19 MB)
- Terminal Marking Forms 10 to 16 mm width (ZIP 0,14 MB)
- Wire Marking Forms (ZIP 0,16 MB)
- Equipment Marking Forms (ZIP 0,17 MB)
